Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MLAICS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
MLAICS provides business automation tools including lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, AI video creation, bulk messaging, and marketplace synchronization. Service availability, features, and capabilities may vary based on your subscription plan and are subject to change.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; all activities that occur under your account; ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations; ensuring that content shared through our platform does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited communications (spam); violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use our platform for any illegal or unethical purpose.
Intellectual Property
MLAICS and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to our platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLAICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MLAICS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases and we may delete your data after a 90-day grace period.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, conducted in English.
